Definitions for the terms & conditions of the offer
  • "Referrer(s)" for the purpose of this program shall mean an existing client or prospects of Edelweiss Broking Ltd. or employee of Edelweiss Group, referred a Referee for opening his/her Demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • "Referee(s)", for the purposes of this offer shall be the individual who has been referred for opening his/her Demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd. by the Referrer. Referee should be an Resident Individual of India only.
  • Friend/family/colleague refers to "Referee"
  • "Referral Program" shall mean the online platform under which the Referrer(s) shall refer the Referee(s) for opening his/her demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • "Gift" shall mean the gift/voucher that is available under each individual Offer. The same is subject to the discretion of the specific product/service teams that initiate Offers on the online platform of the Referral Program.
  • Edelweiss refers to Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
Terms & Conditions
  • In case a person is referred by more than 1 referrer, Referral will get attributed to referrer whose invite the referee has clicked upon
  • The period of this offer is from 1st April, 2020 to 31st March, 2021. We will not consider any referrals from our previous program.
  • In the event of a dispute, Edelweiss Broking Ltd. shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding the first Referrer
  • This offer is an existing client or prospects of Edelweiss Broking Ltd. or for employees of Edelweiss Group referred a Referee for opening his/her Demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • Once the person/s referred by the referrer/s completes all the formalities of demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd; only then will the referrer/s be entitled for the reward /voucher
  • In case of any grievance/concerns raised by any reference; referrer will be liable and responsible for sharing the details without referee’s consent
  • The Referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his/her details to Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • Edelweiss Broking Ltd. at its sole discretion, will contact the Referees, if needed for individual Offers of products and services by them.
  • These terms and conditions applicable to Referral Program are in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions as may be applicable to the products/services being made available to the Referrer(s)/Referee(s) by Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • The participation in the program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • Edelweiss Broking Ltd. is not responsible for the expiry of the vouchers.
  • Edelweiss Broking Ltd. reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Edelweiss Broking Ltd. also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • The offers under this referral program cannot be clubbed with any other offer, offered by Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • The Referrer who has provided a reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the Referral Program, if the details provided of such references are incomplete or incorrect or invalid.
  • Once the person/s referred by the referrer/s completes all the formalities of Demat account opening only then will the referrer/s be entitled for the reward/voucher.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Edelweiss Broking Ltd. reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to vary, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate the Referral Program, without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Further, Edelweiss Broking Ltd. has the discretion to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute, and its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. If we are withdrawing the offer the same will be updated on the microsite of this referral program.
  • Demat account is opened with CDSL DP under the name of Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
  • No other offer can be clubbed with this referral program offer while online account opening.
  • The Demat account that will be opened via our online account opening process, will be eligible for this program.
  • Edelweiss Employee who are dealing with demat account will not be eligible for this program.

Upon submission of the referral form, what is the referral process?
  • Once customer submits the referral form with all the details required, automated emails are sent to both the referrer and all his referees. The referrer is sent an email thanking him for referring his friends and also contains a link to the referral dashboard (used to track the referral status of his friends).
  • The referees would receive an email informing them that their friend (friend's name would be mentioned) has referred them for opening a Demat account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd. This email will contain unique link through which the person referred would open his account via the online account opening process offered Edelweiss Broking Ltd.
What is the referral dashboard?
  • The referral dashboard is a page wherein the referrer can view the status of all their referrals. Referrer has to login to the same link and login with name, email id & contact details, once he logs in to the referral dashboard, he will be able to view all the referrals he has made using that particular email id only.
