Dear [EMP_NAME],

CIP 2.0 or Customer Information Portal is your one stop shop for accessing complete customer information, downloading various reports, recording customer call and meeting, etc. All customer facing employees must have access to CIP 2.0 which can be taken by following the below listed steps.

Steps to raise a request in Jira:

Step 1:	Click: https://jira.edelweissfin.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/17 (Use your system login ID and Password to login)
Step 2:	Select CIP and Access Issue as shown in the screenshot below
Step 3:	Fill in the summary & Description (Ensure you mention your Employee Code)
Step 4:	Submit
