The Do's and Don'ts for customers

Dear Customer,

Greetings of the day!

Please find below the Do’s and Don’ts which you should be aware about once trade is placed:-

  Do's


For every trade executed, go through the duly signed Contract Note, Bills, Daily Margin Statements from your Stock Broker and verify information like - details of the trade, trade time and number, transaction price, brokerage, your unique client-Id and Stock Broker’s name
Check your email accounts (as provided by you in 'KYC' form) on a daily basis. All your account related information including trade confirmation & obligations will be emailed to you
As a good practice, review and scrutinize your periodic statement regularly
Pay the margins within the prescribed time. Collect/pay, your mark to market margins, on your positions, on a daily basis from/to your Stock Broker
Deliver the shares in case of sale or pay the money in case of purchase before the pay-in day
Make payments; enhance margin through cheques made out in favor of your Stock Broker only

Don’t accept unsigned contract note
