I started Tanvi’s Scoop Story with a simple idea, to create artisanal ice creams made the right way. I wanted to move away from artificial flavours and preservatives and bring back the authenticity of real ingredients.
Our ice creams are made in small batches using actual ingredients to infuse flavours, without syrups or artificial colours. Inspired by traditional Italian methods, every scoop is designed to feel rich, honest and indulgent.
One of my biggest challenges has been driving sales while learning everything on the go as a first-generation entrepreneur. Instead of waiting to have it all figured out, I focused on learning through experience and staying consistent.
For me, this journey is not just about building a brand. It is about creating generational wealth and opening-up opportunities for women through employment.
Looking ahead, I want to build Tanvi’s Scoop Story into India’s number one premium ice cream brand.
