I started Varenyam Placements after a deeply personal moment in my life. During COVID, after delivering my baby and being on bed rest, I realised how quickly a woman’s career can pause, even when her talent and ambition remain unchanged.

That experience inspired me to build a recruitment platform focused on creating opportunities for women who want to restart and grow in their careers. Today, we have built a strong network of candidates and clients while staying rooted in this mission.

One of my biggest challenges was starting from scratch and building trust with both candidates and companies. I overcame this by building a committed team of women who share the same vision and purpose.

This journey has been about resilience, collaboration and creating real impact through opportunity.

Looking ahead, I want to ensure that every woman who reaches out to us finds meaningful work and the independence she deserves.
