We started Dhiraa SkillDev Foundation after realising that most people struggle with everyday finance not due to lack of intelligence, but due to lack of access and guidance.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, we built Dhiraa to bridge this gap through financial literacy training in local languages, designed for diverse communities across India.

One of our biggest challenges has been building at scale across a deeply diverse audience while staying financially sustainable as an organisation. From rural SHG members to first-generation earners and professionals, every group requires a different approach to learning.

We overcame this by continuously refining our delivery, building strong institutional partnerships and creating systems that allow us to scale without losing impact.

This journey has taught us that scale and depth can coexist when built with the right intent.

Looking ahead, we aim to build India’s largest behaviour-led financial literacy movement that transforms how people relate to money from fear to confidence and from knowing to doing.
