I started nutbeez because I could not find snacks I truly trusted. With my background in food science, I carefully read labels and was often disappointed to see hidden additives, refined sugar and preservatives in so-called healthy products.

What began as a personal need soon became my purpose. I stepped out of academia to build nutbeez, a brand focused on clean, millet, nut and seed-based snacks made without chemicals or shortcuts.

We create small-batch products using premium ingredients, with zero preservatives, no palm oil and low-sugar recipes. Every product reflects our commitment to transparency, quality and better everyday choices.

One of my biggest challenges was managing costs and building a reliable supply chain as a startup. I overcame this by strengthening vendor relationships, streamlining processes and staying closely involved in every step.

Looking ahead, I want to grow nutbeez into a trusted household name, expand across India and take clean snacking to a global audience.
